The Faux Bois lamps are inspired by the faux bois work found in the gardens, follies and grottos of Renaissance chateaux, and the Hameau de la Reine at Versailles.

The stylised branch forms are carved from a golden brown translucent alabaster, the polished alabaster contrasting with a base in acid-washed cast stone. The lamp fittings have an antiqued bronze finish.
